Its summer time and we don’t like to spend much time in the kitchen cooking and sweating! This no cook desserts are perfect for your evening snack and to show off your no cooking skills.  The tropical flavour and the vibrant colours make this an extra special treat for you and your guests.

All the ingredients are ultra-convenient to find.

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons unflavoured gelatin
  • Sunehra Mineral Brown Sugar, to taste
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup (240 ml) light coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup (30 grams) unsweetened shredded coconut, for garnish

 

DIRECTIONS

To make a refreshing dessert within 3 hours all you need are some ripe fresh mangoes, Sunehra Mineral Brown Sugar, Coconut milk and unflavoured gelatin. So, lets get started firstly you will need to take a medium sized bowl with boiling water and mix gelatin (pro tip: stir it until it is dissolved!) then combine 11/2 cups mangoes and coconut milk in a blender then add Sunehra Mineral Brown Sugar and blend it until it is smooth and creamy. Add the gelatin mixture and pulse it a few times to combine.

Pour your mix into jars, cover it and refrigerate it for 3 hours.

Finally dice some more mangoes to use it as toppings and your Perfect Mango Dessert Jar is Ready to Feast!
